These terms govern your use of cpblittlereminders.com and the CPB Little Reminders subscription, operated by CPB Little Reminders, LLC (“CPB”). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

CPB offers a paid subscription that delivers a daily gratitude reminder by text message, and sells physical products (journals and related goods) through third-party retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Etsy. Purchases made on those retailers are governed by their terms, shipping, and return policies.

Subscription & billing

• The daily-texts subscription is $4.99/month, billed by Stripe, renewing automatically each month until canceled.
• Cancel anytime — reply STOP to any reminder, use the manage-subscription link in your receipt emails, or email info@cpblittlereminders.com. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period runs to its end.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may pause or end the subscription.

Text message program

Approximately one message per day. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase of any goods. Message and data rates may apply; frequency may occasionally vary (e.g., service notices). Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We are not responsible for carrier delays or undelivered messages.

Not professional advice

CPB content — reminders, journals, videos, and site copy — is offered for encouragement and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Intellectual property

All site content — text, reminders, journal designs, images, video, and the CPB Little Reminders name and marks — belongs to CPB Little Reminders, LLC or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use only; no reproduction or redistribution without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no interfering with its operation, no attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and subscription are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPB Little Reminders, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
