CPB Little Reminders, LLC (“CPB,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect at cpblittlereminders.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join our email list (“notify me” or the newsletter), along with which form you used and the signup date.
• Phone number — when you subscribe to the daily text reminders. This is the number your reminders are delivered to.
• Name and billing details — when you subscribe. We never see or store your card number: payment details are entered directly into secure fields hosted by Stripe, our payment processor.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or collect data beyond what the services above need.

How we use it

• To deliver the daily reminder texts you subscribed to.
• To send the emails you asked for (launch news, the newsletter).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond when you contact us.

Text message terms

By subscribing to CPB Little Reminders texts you consent to receive approximately one (1) recurring message per day at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Resend — email list and email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• YouTube (Google) — the Journal With Me videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode: YouTube sets no cookies unless you press play.

Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its service and is bound by its own privacy commitments.

Cookies

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies strictly for payment security and fraud prevention during checkout. YouTube sets cookies only if you play an embedded video.

Retention

We keep your information while you are subscribed and for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email; stop texts by replying STOP; cancel your subscription any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at info@cpblittlereminders.com. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
