Your daily texts
What do I actually get?
One heart-centered message every morning at 7:30 AM, straight to your phone. That's it — no app to open, no feed to scroll.
How much is it?
$4.99 a month. You can cancel any time and you'll never be charged after that.
I subscribed but the texts haven't started.
Give it until the next morning — messages go out at 7:30 AM, so if you joined after that you'll start the following day. If a second morning passes with nothing, email info@cpblittlereminders.com with the phone number you used and we'll look it up.
My texts stopped arriving.
The most common cause is an earlier STOP reply — carriers treat that as a permanent opt-out for that number until you text START back. If that isn't it, email info@cpblittlereminders.com and we'll check from our side.
Billing and cancelling
How do I cancel?
Email info@cpblittlereminders.com and we'll cancel it straight away. You'll get a confirmation email, and you won't be charged again.
Does replying STOP cancel my subscription?
Replying STOP stops the text messages. To be certain the billing ends as well, email info@cpblittlereminders.com — we'll confirm the cancellation in writing so nothing is left running.
Where are my receipts?
Stripe emails a receipt automatically for every payment, to the address you used at checkout. Check spam if you don't see it. Receipts began with payments made from August 2026 onward.
My card was declined.
Stripe will retry the payment over a few days and email you each time. If every retry fails the subscription cancels itself, so update your card from the link in that email to keep your mornings going.
I think I've been charged twice.
Checkout blocks a second subscription on an address that already has a live one, so this is rare — but if a duplicate charge appears, email info@cpblittlereminders.com and we'll refund it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — email info@cpblittlereminders.com and tell us what happened. We'd rather make it right than keep money from someone who isn't getting value.
Journals and orders
Where do I buy the journals?
All fifteen are on Amazon, and hand-bound hardcover editions are on Etsy. Links are on the Journals page.
My order hasn't arrived, or arrived damaged.
Orders are fulfilled by Amazon or Etsy, not by us, so their support can fix it fastest — refunds and replacements go through the order in your account there. If you get stuck, email info@cpblittlereminders.com and we'll help you chase it.
Do you ship internationally?
That's set by Amazon and Etsy in your region. Availability shows on the product page at checkout.
Emails and the newsletter
How do I stop the emails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. The newsletter and the daily texts are separate — unsubscribing from emails does not cancel a text subscription, and cancelling texts does not remove you from the newsletter.
I signed up but got nothing.
Check spam and promotions. If it still hasn't arrived, email info@cpblittlereminders.com and we'll add you by hand.
